Refunds and Exchanges
DO NOT RETURN TO THE P.O BOX
NUMBER, PARCELS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Please email
for a returns number and address. Please be sure to
obtain proof of posting. All clothing must be returned
in as new condition, unpolished,unwashed and more
importantly unworn within 10 days of receipt. If goods
are returned in an unmerchantable condition we will
refuse them. If a credit card has been used for the
purchase we can only refund on the card used. In the
unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent during
wear please contact us for advice. We accept no liability
for damage caused by neglect or misuse.
If you need
to pay us for items we have made for you but not yet
shipped then please complete the following form specifying
who you are and the description of the item in the
description box and the amount owed including delivery
in the Amount box. Then press the paypal button.
